I figured out my sound editing problem by carefully reading my users guide that came with the software for my camera. I also did an online search inquiriry for the specific software I was using. I found that I was not the only one who had experienced problems with USB ports and sound issues. I found the answer online and subsequently located the correct pages in my users guide.
Some cameras come with software that accesses online tech support. When in doubt, go to the source. That's what I did.
FYI. I use imagemixer for sony cameras. |

| I have a Canon too and also have no sound on my video clip. When I play it on my pc it works fine but on Sharkle it has no sound. Do I still need to look into converting sound input. Why does it work on my pc fine then? |

When I first started uploading from my camera to my computer the software that came with my camera had a sound editing section that had to be switched from stereo sound to USB Sound Input. When converting you have to tell your device how to convert the sound as well as the video components.
Hoope this help you guys out...
What kind of Cameras are you using??? |

I've uploaded two clips and both have no sound playing? Any ideas? Volumn is up on here and my pc. I don't know what the problem is? Anybody know what i'm doing wrong or what I can do?
