yes, but not easily.
you have to export your presentation into some video format. I have no clue if powerpoint has such ability.
if it can export presentation as sequence of gif images or jpg images (better jpg) do this and stuff these files into something used in video making. for example, stuff them in Flash each picture into a separate keyframe, then file / export movie / choose video format and codec. Play with the results.
