Here is an example of taekwondo pattern 4. It is a clip from DVDs that you can purchase at www.unifytaekwondo.com
The pattern is shown at normal speed with full screen, then split screen to ensure you see the moves from each angle, and then in slow motion, allowing you to perfect the taekwondo pattern.
